Plot: Lena owns the small coffee shop Kismet Cafe. She works with her friend, Ava. Jonah runs a new branch of the popular chain coffee shop The Vic Downtown. He works with his friend, Walker. As they now work near each other, Lena and Jonah meet randomly. However, when Lena finds out that Jonah runs The Vic, she loses interest in him. Meanwhile, Ava and Walker discover each other on a dating app, and they convince Lena and Jonah to send their messages. Through the messages, Lena and Jonah make a connection. Ava and Walker eventually meet in real life and hit it off. Lena and Jonah also get along in real life. Despite being competitors, they find that they have a lot in common and start to develop feelings for each other.
