Plot: Stockbroker Joe Downey(Warren Douglas), mistaken in the dark for gangster "Slats" Slattery (Robert Osterloh), is brutally beaten by a rival gangster, "Knuckles" Morgan (Meyer Grace), and Downey winds up in jail on a drunk charge.
